TranslateLiberator Rugged 8: Available Through Indigo Equipment Trial

The Liberator Rugged 8 (LR8) is here, and we are excited to be able to offer it through Indigo’s Equipment Trial department.
Superseding the popular Augmentative and Alternative (AAC) LR7 device, the new and improved LR8 is small, lightweight and tough. The LR8 can withstand drops, knocks, scratches, water, dust and sand.
The screen is technologically advanced, having three layers of Gorilla Glass protection is brighter. The casing has also been redesigned to be stronger.
The LR8’s basic look is reassuringly like the tried and tested LR7, but lighter and slimmer. Its profile is slightly larger than the LR7, and its faster processor ensures fast page transition without discernible lag.
As part of the trial, the Liberator Rugged 8 comes preloaded with both the Language through Motor Planning (LAMP) program and Chat Software.
Indigo also offers a selection of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, switches, voice amplifiers and computer access equipment for trial and hire.
