Roberta is the friendly face you'll see when you first enter the Experience Centre, and the newest member of our administration team as our Administration Coordinator. She's been with our team for just over a month but has already made an impression with her friendly smile and her passion for always helping others.

What does your role involve?

My role is to make sure the Nedlands office runs smoothly by managing the office and providing administrative support to everyone who may need it. I also sit at the reception five days a week where I answer phones and greet visitors, among other things!

What do you like most about your role and working at Indigo?

I like that I can make this role my own and shape it according to what is needed. As boring as it sounds, I also love a good spreadsheet and if given the option to use it, I will absolutely do it! Working at Indigo has been very special because of how friendly everyone has been. I have made many friends and everyone is so nice when I need help or have questions.

Tell us about the most interesting project you have worked on during your career.

It's very difficult to pick one thing because I have really enjoyed all that I have done in my career! But nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing a process being more streamlined because of something I did. I love helping to create a template of a document, reorganising an area, or updating a file to make everyone else's lives much easier.

Describe a memorable moment arising from your role.

I've only been in this role for a short time so I don't feel like there's a single particularly memorable moment, however, the people around me have been so very kind and fun and I have really enjoyed spending time with them while working together.

Of the four Indigo values (integrity, passion, creativity, together), which one do you express the most strongly during your workday and why?

Passion - I would say that I am a very passionate person, especially when it comes to my job and career. I care a lot about the quality of my work and I put my all into making sure I produce the best work that I can.
